Affectionately known as IDSO, our team serves the needs of adult students in our state directly, by coordinating GED testing across the state, and indirectly, working with educators statewide to facilitate continuous improvement in instruction and student oriented service.

  • Assist the IDSO Director with coordinating work of PLC Coaches
  • Assist with budget development, tracking, and invoice processing for all contractors and vendors
  • Point of Contact for Northstar technical support and elective course facilitation
  • Assist the IDSO Director with PL exemption and conference travel approval tracking

Morehead State University Adult Education Academy

At the Adult Education Academy, established with funding from Kentucky Adult Education and the Adult Education Literacy Fund, we work in close partnership with KYAE to facilitate professional learning opportunities that help Kentucky’s adult education practitioners meet state, programmatic, and learner goals.
